Aolizio Mercadante, le ministre de la science et des technologies du Brésil, a confirmé au site web brésilien UOL que l'usine Foxconn de Jundiaí est non seulement prête mais fabrique déjà des iPads qui seront sur le marché en Décembre :

L'investissement massif du taïwanais et les accords avec les autorités locales que nous décrivions en Juin ici sur VIPad.fr ont donc porté leur fruit.
Un succès qui est d'après le ministre le début du Brésil dans le domaine du numérique et ouvrira la voie à de nouvelles initiatives.
