La fonction "miroir" sans fil de l'iOS 5 et Real Racing 2 HD sur la TV en vidéo

La fonction miroir, dont nous vous avons parlé dans ces billets, est apparue avec l'iPad 2 et vous permettait via un câble de sortie HDMI vu ici, d'afficher l'écran de l'iPad sur un périphérique externe comme un écran TV par exemple.
Avec l'iOS 5 dont vous nous avons déjà parlé dans ces billets, la fonction miroir va maintenant être complétée par Air Play comme nous vous proposons de vous le montrer dans la suite du billet.
L'iOS 5 sera capable de dupliquer son écran en mode miroir sur une télévision reliée à un Apple TV, en passant par AirPlay, via un réseau WIFI.
Le principe de fonctionnement est assez logique : dans la fenêtre de sélection pour AirPlay, on peut désormais choisir un mode miroir.
A partir de ce moment, c'est tout l'écran de l'iPad qui est transmis à la télévision, ce qui va s'avérer particulièrement pratique pour les applications qui ne géraient pas encore AirPlay…

Il reste maintenant à être équipé du module Apple TV qui est quand même vendu 119€ ... et il faudra attendre l'automne pour voir sortir la version officielle de l'iOS 5.

Mais... À quoi sert l'apple TV au juste ? En dehors, bien sûr, de ce qui est présenté ici. Parce que, 119€, c'est assez exorbitant pour un mode miroir ! ^^

Quid de la qualité ou des erreurs de transmission lié au wifi?? Je ne vois pas comment Apple peut révolutionner les contraintes de bandes passante liées aux flux 3D.
Vivement iOS 5, par contre pourquoi sur l'écran plat sa ne diffuse pas sur la totalité de l'écran, a part quand il joue a Real Racing 2 Hd ?
Une Apple TV (JB...) vous permet d'installer un mediacenter vous permettant entre autres choses de lire tous vos films DivX and Co stockés sur un N'AS sans passer par un PC ou Mac
Par ailleurs lApple TV permet de diffuser toutes les photos sans passer par la connexion d'un appareil photo a la TV
Il y a bien d'autres utilisations, mais il est vrai que le mode miroir permettra d'envoyer sur une TV tout le contenu de son iPad ( et iPhone ?) sur la TV du salon pour le partager
avec toute la famille...même faire du FaceTime en grand écran !

Pas de news de l'Apple TV 3 ? Parce que s'il supporte le 1080p (même puce A5 que l'iPad 2 ?) autant attendre.

J'ai un iPad 1 et un iPhone 4... Les 2 pourront faire l'effet miroire avec mon Apple tv?
Si non je comprend pas pourquoi? Et si non je jette mon apple tv car a par YouTube (youpiiii: ironie off) et balancer de la musique qui sort par une tv... Bah je préfère ma vrai sono... Un peu restreint l'Apple tv ( d'ailleurs toujours éteindre)
Ca va probalement m'inciter à acheter la Apple TV... Mais je suis chanceux, au Canada le prix est que 120$ au lieu d'Euros, ça parrait !
Cette fonctionnalité est elle réservée a l iPad 2 ou pas ?
Seul regret.. Fonctionne pas avec l'Apple tv 1... Decu!
L'apple TV manque quand meme cruellement d'intérêt pour qui a déjà une xbox ou une ps3 voire une freebox, qui peuvent parfaitement diffuser le contenu de l'ordi sur la télé. Cette nouvelle fonction de l'appleTV est très intéressante, mais bien trop chère je pense pour les gens comme moi qui ne sont intéressés que par cette fonction.
Interressant, cependant j'aurais aimer savoir qu'elle est le nom de l'application utiliser pour le contrôle du Mac, malgré plusieurs relecture je ne pense pas l'avoir entendu, quelqu'un saurait ?
L'application AirPlay fait fonctionner l'ensemble
Un icône apparaît automatiquement quand l'IPad2 est connecté à l'Apple TV via une box en WiFi
Il faut aussi l'IOS5 sur les deux appareils
